Quality Policy Statement

“EGYCO is committed to maintaining a high level of quality and reliability in all our projects and services by providing high standard of work in accordance with the drawings and documentation on all projects undertaken regardless of their size or complexity and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.”

The pursuit of the highest quality of service to our customers is as essential to the context of the organization, long-term growth, its strategic direction and survival of the business, as are cost control and competitive pricing.

recognizes that a major factor in its business success is the emphasis it has placed on Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) as key elements of all its activities. Continued success requires excellence. This means providing our clients with services which are of the highest professional and technical standards and which comply with all their QHSE requirements. Additionally, it means complying with the statutory QHSE requirements of the country in which we are operating.

Doing the job right the first time and doing it safely must be a primary business objective.

This and the continual pursuit of excellence will enable EGYCO to achieve and maintain the highest practicable standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. Everyone within the organization, as well as our contractors, has an essential part to play in ensuring EGYCO continues to improve all aspects of its operational activities. Thus, ensuring we achieve our stated QHSE objectives and maintain and improve our profile as an organization, which can adapt and respond according to any operational requirements placed upon us.

This is the responsibility of all levels of personnel, from Senior Management to the newest recruit and, this requires a personal commitment from everyone. This commitment can only enhance our reputation and image as a company, which leads by example, thus enabling us to build upon this and expand our existing customer base. In support of the Quality Policy, EGYCO has adopted BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 as the control standard for its activities and operates within an established quality system designed to meet the requirements of this standard. The quality system is formally registered to BS EN ISO 9001 accredited by UKAS.

Quality Objectives

We recognize that our success is dependent upon the satisfaction of our customers through the services we provide. To this end the Company has set the following key objectives:
  • Our firm and continued commitment to effective quality management and excellence at all levels of business.
  • To implement continual innovation in all of our projects and services.
  • To develop an ethos of “get it right first time”
    To provide for the training needs for our staff to support the goals and objectives of the company.
  • To conduct our business in an ethical and professional manner.
  • While conducting our business, it is our firm commitment to safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, the people around, and the protection of the environment while adhering to the statutory and mandatory requirements.
  • We set our goals by establishing Quality Objectives and review both the policy and objectives for its continuing suitability and make sure it is communicated and understood within the organization.
The ultimate responsibility for quality within the Company is with the Senior Management. In recognizing the importance of quality, the Senior Management has appointed a dedicated Management Representative for developing and managing the quality system. This policy statement confirms the Company’s commitment to all aspects of Quality and is reviewed at least annually by the Senior Management.
Emirates & Al Nasr Building & Construction (EGYCO) L.L.C., is one of the United Arab Emirates’ leading construction companies, with around 300 personnel working in Abu Dhabi. The company is a Category 1 company established in 1993 and has successfully completed a number of major residential and commercial projects during the past years.
